USPS Shipping
We offer USPS Express shipping or USPS Priority shipping. USPS Express ships next day. USPS Priority
ships within 2-3 days. Because our dessert bars are made with fresh ingredients and have no
added preservatives they require Express or Priority shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday only. Shipping is not available Friday-Sunday.
Priority Shipping Fees (2-3 days)
1-3 dozen $10.50
4-6 dozen $21.00
Express Shipping Fees (next day)
Exact Express shipping fees can only be determined after an order is placed. Details such as
quantity ordered, weight, and destination will determine the cost of shipping. Shortly after
placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes the total cost with
shipping.
Estimated shipping costs depending on destination:
1 dozen $10-30 4 dozen $25-65
2 dozen $15-40 5 dozen $30-70
3 dozen $20-60 6 dozen $35-75
Shipping Restrictions
Certain dessert bar varieties cannot be shipped due to their fragile nature, such as Lemon
Squares.
At this time we do not offer gift packaging for shipped orders.
Delivery Locations
Shipping is only available within the United States. At this time, shipping is not available to
Hawaii or Alaska.
When placing your shipping order, please include any apartment number, suite number, unit
number, and/or floor number that is necessary for delivery. Shipments will not be made to P.O.
Boxes. Please include a phone number for the shipping destination that can be used in case
delivery complications arise.
Delivery Hours
USPS primarily delivers between the hours of 9am and 3pm. Please provide a delivery address
where someone will be available to accept the order between those hours.
Disclaimers
USPS will reasonably attempt to deliver the package based on the shipping address information
provided to them. The package may be left at the delivery address if no one is there to receive
it, unless it is determined that it is unsafe to leave the product. In order to avoid this, provide a
delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
If an attempted delivery notice is left at the door and the shipment is rescheduled for delivery
another day, Sweet Square will not be responsible for re-shipping the product or paying for
shipping charges related to sending the package to a new address. It is your responsibility to: 1)
contact USPS directly if you would like to pick up the product or arrange for a new delivery
address; or 2) make sure someone is available to receive the package the next delivery day.
Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond
our, or our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or
refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in
transportation networks. Shipped refunds may not be given if an incorrect delivery address was
provided, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, or floor numbers.
